“ Went through the drive thru to place an order. We got a slab of ribs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Ribs were very good and there was no wait for our order. ”

True enough I drove there and placed an order and in less than a few minutes I had my order and was driving away. The clerks at the window and working the phones were all informative and pleasant to work with. The building drive through was cleaned and the ribs were good. I would go back ”

“ Intontincostss for the fried catfish, greens and baked beans. All have been great on the last 3 visits. However in the 4th visit the beans weee not heated. Other than that, I will continue to order. FYI, unlike other orders, the catfish plate can be called in. ”

“ Visited Costa's last Friday after work to pick up food for the family. We ordered 3 chicken bakers all the way and deserts. They were out of the banana pudding, so we got red velvet cake and lemon meringue pie. Got home to find that maybe they ran out of the bakers so they gave a smaller potato or half a potato and just loaded it up and shaped it l like a baker. Not so funny, we spent over $50... anywho I called back to advise I was eating a pile of mashed potatoes blah blah blah...... the manager yelled to the back and asked who made three bakers and didn't give a baker? Someone said I did it.......... This manager gave his name and the next two days he would be working & advised us to come on those days ask for him and he would re-do the order. He offered his apologies. On that Sunday he honored his promise and we got the best chicken bakers ever. I love Costa's and I love this great customer service we received. Thanks Richard for providing good food, standing behind your food and your service and honoring your word, you and your team are doing an excellent job. It doesn't happen often at Costa's, but if it does I think they will make it right. Of course we'll be back. ”

“ My most recent experience here was much better than my previous visit. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside. The inside is only open for takeout orders. The flow of everything inside was smooth . The staff extremely helpful and efficient. And, it was Memorial Day! The owner even came out to chat with us. I ordered a riblet basket , a side of fries and a chopped brisket sandwich. I think is unfortunate that the riblet basket doesn't come with a side but the portion size makes up for this. The riblets were extremely tender and had a delicious smoky flavor. I love their bbq sauce! The crinkle cut fries were fresh and so good! Last but certainly not least, BRISKET sandwich!!! My tastebuds are still in awe of how yummy this sandwich was. This was my first time having brisket from here and it certainly will NOT be my last! The meat was so tender and packed with extreme flavor!! Costa's is a staple in the area. They recently closed briefly due to a kitchen fire. I'm so glad to see them back up and operating. The food seems better than ever!!! ”
